Ides of March: The New iPad on Sale Today

The third generation iPad hit the market today, Friday, March 16, 2012, in eleven countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, UK, and the United States. Initial sales of this latest generation iPad started right at 8 am local time. Many customers are willing to queue for hours to be the first owner of the new iPad.
